Ms. Schneider provides counseling and advice to employers of all sizes and in a broad range of industries relating to all aspects of the employment relationship and the day-to-day challenges employers face, including recruiting and hiring, employee relations, policy drafting, review and implementation, internal investigations, performance management, navigation of leave laws, restrictive covenants, terminations, and risk and reputational management. She also has experience in drafting and negotiation of executive agreements, and has conducted internal trainings for managers and staff.
Ms. Schneider has successfully represented businesses in employment-related litigation in federal and state court, before government agencies and in mediations. She also advises employers and senior executives regarding the structuring and negotiation of compensation packages and incentive plans, and in the development of exit strategies, and restrictive covenants.
