Arsenio is an experienced employment lawyer and litigator who focuses on keeping clients safe from expensive and protracted litigation.
Arsenio focuses on providing counseling and advice to employers, both big and small, in a broad range of industries including hospitality, retail, manufacturing, financial services, real estate, and professional services. While Arsenio helps employers with the challenges faced by them on a daily basis, including, but not limited to, recruiting and hiring, employee relations, policy drafting, review and implementation, internal investigations, terminations, and risk assessments, he is no stranger to litigation. Arsenio has represented employers in a wide assortment of employment litigations in both federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitrations and private mediations. Arsenio has extensive trial and appellate experience having conducted trials in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York as well as argued appeals at the First, Second, and Third Appellate Division Departments for the State of New York.
