Jennie brings over a decade of private practice and in-house legal and HR operations experience to Greenwald Doherty. She regularly counsels and advises clients in all areas of employment and labor law. She works with her clients to review policies, draft handbooks and employment agreements, advise on performance management and terminations, conduct due diligence in business transactions, and execute strategies to navigate a plethora of workplace issues.  She frequently trains managers, in-house counsel, and HR professionals on a variety of employment law topics.  Jennie’s clients, which include employers of all sizes and in a range of industries, rely on her for prompt, creative, results-driven advice that marries sound legal strategy and efficient, effective operations.

Jennie is also a principled and determined advocate for her clients, and has represented clients in a variety of adversarial proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves and accommodations, employee and exemption misclassification, wage and hour violations, and restrictive covenant disputes, among others, in forums including the Department of Labor, the AAA, human rights agencies, and state and federal courts.

As an engaging and enthusiastic public speaker and writer, Jennie enjoys writing articles, and speaking publicly, on an array of legal employment issues.
