Joey Pegram represents and counsels employers on a wide range of labor and employment law issues and claims. Ms. Pegram gained extensive knowledge in her two years as a member of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. Her note, Speak the Truth and Tell No Lies: An Update for the Employee Polygraph Protection Act, was published in Volum 29.1 of the Journal. Ms. Pegram is also an experienced litigator, having previously represented clients in New York and New Jersey trial-level courts, and at the appellate level in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. She has received multiple awards for her litigation skills, including a Citation of Excellence in Advocacy and Litigation Coursework in 2012 and an Outstanding Trial Advocacy Award in 2011, both from Hofstra University School of Law. Ms. Pegram is dedicated to partnering with clients to find the best solutions and strategies for each client’s unique needs.
