Raymond Kerno specializes in appellate practice, civil practice, and administrative law. From 1980 until 1998, Mr. Kerno served as appellate litigation associate to the general counsel for New York City Patrolmen´s Benevolent Association. In that capacity, he represented the PBA and other clients in federal and state appellate courts in matters of civil, criminal, administrative, and pension law. He also participated in administrative proceedings before the New York City Board of Collective Bargaining. From 1973 until 1980, Mr. Kerno was an Assistant District Attorney in New York City, where his work included investigation, jury trial litigation, and representation before the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court.
